Privacy Policy

Innovation Lounge Strengths360 helps users complete personal assessment surveys, compare their results with aggregate benchmarks, and track their own progress over time.

Information We Collect

When you sign in, we use your verified email address to create and secure your Strengths360 account. We also ask for your name, gender, and age range so reports can show relevant benchmark comparisons. When you complete a survey, we store your answers, score, completion date, report preferences, and a profile snapshot for that completion.

How We Use Information

We use this information to show your dashboard, save survey history, deliver reports by email when you choose that option, and calculate aggregate benchmark statistics. Benchmark reporting is aggregated; individual answers are not shown to other users.

Sign-In Providers

If you sign in with Google, ChatGPT, or an email magic link, we use the verified email supplied by that provider to connect you to the same Strengths360 account.
