Innovation Lounge StrengthsFinder is provided for personal reflection, learning, and assessment tracking. The app, reports, wording, design, scoring adaptations, and dashboard experience are protected by Innovation Lounge unless otherwise stated.

Assessment Use

Reports are reflection tools only. They are not medical, psychological, financial, legal, or employment advice, and they should not be used as the sole basis for important personal or professional decisions.

Accounts and Eligibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the profile information you provide, including demographic fields used for aggregate benchmarks. You are also responsible for keeping access to your email account and sign-in method secure. Innovation Lounge may refuse, suspend, or close access where an account appears inaccurate, inactive, abusive, or used in a way that affects the integrity of the service.

Free Access

Free access may include a limited number of survey completions. The free allowance is set by the service administrator and may change at any time without being stated as a fixed number in these terms.

Unlocked Access

A paid unlock, once available, provides access to all live surveys in the app while the service remains active. Each survey may be retaken up to ten times so users can track progress without creating unlimited duplicate records.

Lifetime Access

Lifetime access means access for as long as the StrengthsFinder service is live and maintained. Innovation Lounge or the service administrator may suspend, replace, or shut down the site or service for all users at any time. If the service remains active, paid lifetime users retain access under these terms.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass access limits, submit automated or misleading responses, copy or resell the app experience, scrape the service, or use the assessments for unlawful, discriminatory, harmful, or high-stakes employment, medical, legal, financial, or psychological decisions.

Intellectual Property

Innovation Lounge owns or licenses the app design, original text, report language, visual presentation, software, trademarks, and adapted scoring experience. You may use your own completed reports for personal reflection and personal sharing, but you may not reproduce, modify, sell, publish, or redistribute the service, assessment content, report templates, images, or software without written permission.

User Content and Aggregate Data

Your survey answers and profile information are used to generate your reports and, when permitted, to improve aggregate benchmark statistics. If you delete your account, your login profile may be removed while historical response data may remain in anonymized or de-identified form for aggregate analysis and service integrity.

Third-Party Services and Links

The app may rely on third-party services for sign-in, hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, or linked resources. Those services are controlled by their own providers and terms. Innovation Lounge is not responsible for external websites, external payment platforms, or third-party service interruptions.

No Warranties

The service is provided as available and without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. Benchmarks, reports, and recommendations may change as the product, data, and interpretation logic evolve.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innovation Lounge and its administrators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-opportunity damages arising from use of, inability to use, reliance on, or changes to the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for access to the service during the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if no amount was paid.

Changes and Termination

Innovation Lounge may update these terms, modify the app, add or remove surveys, adjust free allowances, change pricing, suspend accounts, or discontinue the service. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws applicable to the service provider, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your location. Any dispute should first be raised through the contact email below so both sides can try to resolve it informally.
